The award documents are for the KVK 2nd Class with Swords, Eastern Front Medal his Iron Cross 1st Class the preliminary document for the Infantry Assault Badge in Silver and the Formal Silver Infantry Assault Badge document. The medals are Iron Cross 2nd class and a ribbon bar with his Iron Cross 2nd class, Eastern Front Medal and KVK with swords. He served with Grenadier Regiment 332 of the 197th Infantry Division until wars end when he served with Grenadier Regiment 279 of the 95th Infantry Division were he receiver his Infantry assault badge for late war actions in 1945 in Konigsberg and Memel. A great group with much history to a true Combat veteran.
